Hi Tyler-

I like your site.

I am figuring out how to post pics and plans, but I am having trouble with a few things.

When I formatted my "recent shop projects" post, the layout looked fine in the edit mode, but seems to have separated the pics from the text when I posted it. Click on edit- looks good- repost–looks bad. Any hints?

Next, I was trying to post pics and plans for a four jaw chuck. The pics will come out ok, but the four pages of pdf drawings may not- I worked my way through the upload process, but it looks like I can only load one page. Any help?

Thanks

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

I just had a similar experience with some pictures I posted. I had to go back in, delete them (from the post, not from the system), and then re-add them in. I also changed the alignment from baseline to left, and then back to baseline (just to make sure that the "baseline" setting stuck). Then I finished inserting the photo. That seemed to fix it.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but the creators of the forum software have issued an upgraded version of the software, I just haven't taken the time to install it yet.

Now on to the PDF, you should be able to combine the pages into 1 PDF and then upload that. Adobe Reader should (I think) let you combine the pages. If not send them to me in an email and I'll send them back combined. I use a Mac so I can't remember how I used to do it on a PC. I will send you a Private Message with my email.

NOTE: I work full time and I'm attending college full time as well. So if it takes me a few days to respond, please don't take it personally. If it's urgent please send me a Private Message.
