Not only a buyer, but a chance to meet up with a fellow enthusiast! I've met Rob (who runs machinistblog.com) and Bernd from Madmodder, both reasonably local. Seeing another shop and the stuff the other guy is working on helps to keep me motivated.
I'm looking forward to meeting jvander68 sometime in the near future.
