I'm in the final semester of study. and must make a finalyear project, so I dont know what to do research about what Confused Cry .Are there any suggestions?

Hi, Josh. What are you studying, or what are you in the final semester of? The best thing that I find to do is to choose a project based on your interests. Let us know what you're interested in, and I'm sure we'll be able to help you come with some good ideas.

Elmer's engines are always a good project for a machinist. You can find plans at http://www.john-tom.com/html/E…..gines.html

Elmer's #32 Open Column is a good one because with a little planning, you can really bling it up. Make fancy columns, do a little engine turning and some polishing and you end up with a great looking engine. Also, see http://start-model-engineering…..elmers-32/ for a little writeup on making one.
