I've seen 2D plans (for enlarging/shrinking drawings, sign engraving, etc) on the web, but not 3D. If you find any I'd be interested in seeing them.
Moldtech's tongue-in-cheek reply aside, I think that having a 3D pantograph would be useful even if you already had a CNC machine. Because you can use it to duplicate an existing complex object without the need to draw that object up in CAD and convert to GCode.
The only comparably quick CNC option would be to use a 3D laser scanner to create a point cloud of the object, then convert that point cloud (after cleaning it up) into a solid CAD model, and then to GCode – which I still think would take longer, even for an experienced person, than using a pantograph.
But that's only if you're making one or two duplicates. As soon as you start talking larger numbers than that, than CNC does start to make more sense. But we all know that already …
