In the Joe d. Rice book, " Metalworking: The Best of Projects in Metal-Vol 4", there are instructions for building a small pantograph for a Dremel tool. I can't find the article or a book to buy anywhere. Can anyone help?

I would strongly advise against scanning copyrighted material and sharing it, or at least using this website to advertise that you would do that on request ;)

Thank you everyone for the help. I was finally able to locate a copy of the book with the plans I need. It wasn't cheap, but if you need it……

Thanks again.

Ironring is right. We can't condone sharing copy written material, especially when the books are still in print (although expensive). Besides, the books are for the most part excellent (at least the ones that I own are). Most of the articles are re-prints, but they are an excellent hodgepodge of some of the best articles published in the magazine.

However, there's nothing wrong with reaching out to fellow enthusiasts privately to see if they may be willing to loan you their copy of the book. Then you can send PM's back and forth to work out the logistics. Just a thought for future requests.

But it sounds like you found a copy, so good work. Keep us posted with pics of how the pantograph turns out!

NOTE: I work full time and I'm attending college full time as well. So if it takes me a few days to respond, please don't take it personally. If it's urgent please send me a Private Message.

Hello Tyler,
what you say is absolutely correct, we can not prevent a person to lend the book to another on the forum, I see not the harm, if that person choice is building a tool or model of this book in my opinion the copyright is violated in any way.
Cordially,
luky luke.
