Delighted to hear your PodCasts

Refreshing to hear about a web site and Podcast that provides so much basic information in such an easy to understand format.  I was also very happy to hear that your Podcast notes are available on this web site, since I was listening to them driving and scrambling to find a pencil to write notes about what you were discussing.

After having quit the work-a-day world in an entirely unrelated field I now have the time to learn about a topic that has always intrigued me, CNC………..

Your web side and Podcasts seem to be the perfect platform for me to gain some basic information and to hear what others have been doing in this  field.

Please keep up the good work and please remember that we out here ( at least me) learn as much or more from hearing about those examples where the test came before the lesson!

I'm sure you have already done a program on spindles and various types of confusing tool holders for mills, such as R8, Tormach, Morse, etc. but it is one area that I really get confused about.

Keep up the good work.

Dennis Kane

Hi Dennis, welcome to the site! And thank you for your kind feedback. Your topic on tool holders (R8 vs Morse vs Tormach) is a good one. I'll add it to the list as it has not been covered.

Unfortunately, the podcast is one hold for now due to limited free time to produce it. But eventually I hope to re-launch the podcast and start pumping out new episodes. It's a lot of fun doing a podcast, but it's a lot of work too.

Anyway, let us know if you have any questions. We are all here to help. And again, welcome!

NOTE: I work full time and I'm attending college full time as well. So if it takes me a few days to respond, please don't take it personally. If it's urgent please send me a Private Message.
