Hi everyone,\
I fumbled upon this site looking for small projects to keep myself busy. I am retired now do to an indusrtial accident in 2004 so I bought myself a lathe. I was pretty much strapped to one most of my life as a machinist so I guess I missed it. If anyone has questions that they need answered feel free to contact me.

Welcome Sir! I, for one, am VERY happy to see a professional machinist join here. As an enthusiastic, albeit bumbling amateu, I know I'll be able to learn from you and the other pros on here.
Sincerely,

Welcome! Like Don said, it's nice to have another experienced machinist in our midst. Have a look around the forum, I know that there is at least one unanswered question about an IC engine here. Maybe you could take a look at the drawings and see if you can help Nick out with his little engine. I'm not an IC guy, so I was no help.
Anyway, welcome to the forum and please feel free to share your knowledge with us!
